What would the porn industry look like if it took women’s interests and preferences into consideration? Here, a few women describe what they’d like to see:
“It would be all about intense desire. Low lights. No closeups of holes. Porn for me would not include silent men grunting now and then or constantly moaning and screaming women. Porn for me would respect the eye of the viewer and not look like it was filmed in my high school gym locker. Porn for me would not include horrible acting, because that immediately detracts from arousal. “Porn geared toward me would be more realistic. The act of sex would be about building trust through foreplay and touching, including and fellatio, but not so one-sided. I look for porn to depict a connection during foreplay.” —Joanne, 59
